Hear That I Am Sincere

You were a foxy lady
When you were with me,
You were my desire
With your pretty attire.
You were glamorously
A lady of popularity,
As friends were friendly
Respecting a vulnerability.

I did not get over you,
I have feelings to renew,
As my love does grow
Expressed in what I sow.
Reap what I poetically feed
With a literary greed.

    1. Thank you, Martin. Tomorrow will come, and I'm sure if I don't get back with Clare, I'll meet someone else. I don't socialise much, just sticking to visiting family and friends - so hardly likely to meet a future girlfriend at any of their places. May you be blessed to. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

  3. It's obvious that you never got over Clare, Andrew. I was glad that I read your comment to Martin. Should you not get back with Clare, I hope you do find someone else as loving. It would be sad to overlook someone new and great in an unexpected spot. I met the love of my life at a bus stop. We're 35 years happy together.

    1. Thank you for your kind words. I have a love for Clare, that I shall keep, but if she doesn't prove fruitful, I will leave my options open. Glad you have your love, and have had thirty-five blessed years together. Love love, Andrew. Bye.
