A Grave Gravity

I have a psychotic condition
And my life used to be mad,
But I now have an injection
And I am happily glad.
I’ve been hospital free
For seemingly an eternity,
I am on the right path
Where I have a laugh.

I used to cause a domestic
When I was insanely sick,
My family weren’t happy
With me acting mentally.
I was harmful to myself
Suffering this ill-health.

  1. There is help and relief for those who struggle with mental illness. Slowly but surely, society is becoming more open about mental illness. Sonnets like this shed a light on the challenges and the hope. Have a great day, Andrew!
